Today, we went to this awesome place in Paris called the Catacombs. In the olden days the city ran out of spots to bury dead people so they began to place the bodies in the old rock quarry beneath the city streets. There are over six million skeletons down there. There is a very long spriral staircase going down to the catacombes. The skeletons were stacked up about five feet tall along the walls of the long hallways. The arm, leg, and skull bones were placed in different types of patterns throughout. It was dark and cold down there. We brought flashlights. It ROCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whoah....all these bones... a little creepy for me....anyhow Nola girl, i've been getting your sweet messages for Leo. He is still at his Dad's and won't be getting back until Monday the 30th. I have asked his Dad to have Leo call you. If that doesn't happen we will FOR SURE call you after the 30th. Also, we do Skype so we will have to get that going as well. Did you start school yet? I brought Hayley to White Pony to show her what her classroom will be like and guess what??? She is in the same class as Miss Karima's son, Matteu! Do you think they will be good buddies like you and Leo? Please tell the rest of your family hi, it has been SUPER hot here the last few days...we will see you on Skype soon!!!!!
